Elderly Care project offers the following services: Elderly Day Care Center and Meals on Wheels.

Meals on Wheels project has started two years ago. 25 elderly people from Tintareni are selected together with local authorities. A social worker delivers a hot lunch from Monday to Friday and a food package at the end of the week. Very often the social worker is the only person to visit that day. He offers not only food, but love and the feeling of belonging.

Elderly Day Care Center began to offer its services in June 2010 to 15 elders from Tintareni. The services include: breakfast and lunch, laundry, shower, recreational activities and socialization.

Our desire and prayer is to develop this project so that we would be able to cover more of our beneficiaries’ needs.
