Our project started in 2006 with the aim of finding a home and a caring family for  as many orphan children as possible. We select Christian families willing to open their homes and hearts to one or more children during vacation times or for permanent stay.

In 2010 the Il Ponte project operated in the following ways:

1. ✓Short-term placements (from two weeks to three months) - 260 children from orphanages spent their     vacations in 164 families;
   

2. ✓Long-term placements (from three years and up) - 10 orphanage graduates placed in 10 families;
   

3. ✓Medical assistance - 52 medical examinations and 7 medical interventions:
   

4. ✓Training workshops and seminars for families - 5 seminars
