Transition House for Orphan Girls is a three-year project of social integration and prevention from human trafficking for graduates of orphanages and boarding schools from the Republic of Moldova. The project has started in 1999 and up to this year has over 40 graduates. Four professional social workers are offering a safe place to live in, support in learning basic life skills, support in continuing their studies at High School and University or College afterwords. The social workers put a lot of effort in building the character of each girl.

During their stay at the TH many of the beneficiaries get involved as volunteers at the Christian Community Center and other social projects.
